Premier Daniel Andrews has declared South Australia a hotspot after an outbreak which has seen 17 cases appear across Adelaide.

Anyone who arrives in Victoria will need to undergo interviews and may require to be tested.

There are no plans to close the border at this stage, with Mr Andrews offering assistance to South Australian Premier Steven Marshall. However, it is “not off the table.”
