We’ve all heard of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, and if you haven’t visited the area yet – put it on your list ASAP. The Great Ocean Road is possibly the most famous drive in all of Australia.
With it’s exceptional ocean views, it’s not hard to see why. However, over the past few centuries the gorgeous coastal rock features have wreaked havoc on many ships who braved the southern seas.
We wanted to find out exactly why this area of coast has been named the ‘Shipwreck Coast, and find out more about the ships that have met their end there.
