After the news that homewares and clothing store ISHKA went into voluntary administration, customers rallied together to support the Australian business. So much so, many stores received gifts of flowers and chocolates for staff.

Now, the owner of ISHKA, Tony Darvell has revealed that the business has been dealt with another blow after revealing their Australia Post account has been frozen after a huge spike in online sales.

“It’s terrible, now all of those orders are just sitting there because Australia Post won’t pick them up. It means thousands of customers won’t get their parcels and we will probably have to immediately lay off 60 staff,” Mr Darvell said.
