Dublin based Fitness blogger Tiffany Brien has shared a ‘bad day’ photo, so she can educate others on looking after their bodies.

Tiffany posted side-by-side photos of herself looking really bloated and another where her stomach is flat.

She revealed the photos were taken 12 hours apart. One being taken before bed and another just after she had woken up.

The caption read ”We are not all what we seem on social media,

‘I thought I would share a bad day with you to show you nobody is ‘perfect’ and it is ok to have an off day where your body just decides to not play ball. Don’t worry girls, it happens to the best of us.’

The bloated belly is blamed on ‘a lack of sleep, stress, hormones and food intolerances”. She said she had been suffering with the situation for four years.


Following research, Tiffany said she found it was normally eating and doing certain things thats triggers the bloating.

She said ”have gone over everything I ate and I was relatively clean so it could be something I think is ‘healthy’ that my body now thinks ‘naaa no likey’.

Tiffany said that by cleaning eating she found he had less bloating but when she has a treat it is back again.

Probably time to eat less fast food.. but.. so delicious.
