We literally praise the ground that Nick, Joe and Kevin walk on! While we didn’t think it could get much better than the Jonas Brothers reuniting for new music, we’ve just heard word that the guys are heading on TOUR!
Their first in nearly a decade.
The boys announced the super exciting news on Wednesday in a statement.
“We’re so excited to announce this tour and get in front of our fans again,” they said in a statement. “We can’t wait for everyone to see what we have planned!”
The tour goes by the same name at their upcoming album, ‘Happiness Begins’, and will kick off later this year with Bebe Rexha and Jordan McGraw as the opening acts.
Now Aussies, before your happiness truly begins with this news, we have to admit something rather devastating.
As of yet, this tour has only been announced for America as the boys prepare to tour 40 different cities in their home country.
Cruel, we know.
But let’s be real here for a second. We already know that Nick, Joe and Kevin LOVE Australia after they spent some time here for Joe’s stint on The Voice.
Not only that, but it was actually while they were in Australia that the idea to reunite on new music really came to fruition while filming their upcoming doco.
So we do feel as though it’s only fair that they bring their tour Down Under EVENTUALLY. Of course, we can’t say anything with certainty, but surely after the success they’ll no doubt have in America they’ll announce a world wide tour.
And if not, we are fully prepared to pay for flights to the US just to see the boys in all their glory… Just sayin’.
But let’s be optimistic! With the Happiness Begins tour rounding out in October in Los Angeles, we’ll be waiting patiently (or at least we’ll try to be patient) after that for an announcement.
For now, we guess all us Aussies have to keep us sane is the news that The Jonas bro’s fifth studio album, also titled Happiness Begins, is coming on June 7 and is no doubt going to be as cool as their latest track, ‘Cool’.
Additionally, the Jonas’ are set to perform at the Billboard Music Awards which go ahead later this morning and will headline the 2019 iHeartRadio Wango Tango concert later in June.
We’ve also got that documentary about the boys heading to Amazon Prime to look forward too.
Ahhh the world really is a better place with the Jonas Brothers reunited! Let’s keep those fingers crossed for an Aussie tour announcement!
