Out of 10, our excitement for Melbourne’s Supanova Comic Con & Gaming exhibition has reached ‘Eleven’ with news arising overnight that ‘Stranger Things’ star Millie Bobby Brown will be attending the event!
Known for her portrayal of the telekinetic Eleven in the Netflix series Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown will be dropping by the Melbourne Showgrounds on April 7th to meet fans.
The announcement comes after the sudden cancellation of Riverdale stars Camila Mendes and Jordan Connor.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder and co-star Nathaniel Buzolic, as well as Steven Strait of ‘The Expanse’ have also been added to the lineup.
The new additions join the previously announced guests including Teen Wolf lead Tyler Posey, co-star Tyler Hoechlin, and Napoleon Dynamite himself, Jon Heder.
The event will also feature Aussie actress Eliza Taylor, who rose to fame as Clarke Griffin on The 100, Serbian actor Stefan Kapičić (Colossus in Deadpool) and Matt Ryan (Constantine).
They will be joined by Clive Standen (Vikings), Toby Stephens (Black Sails), Jonny Cruz (Overwatch), with more names promised as the tour approaches.
Millie Bobby Brown has been in Australia filming the next instalment of Godzilla, and was recently spotted enjoying some downtime on the Gold Coast.
The 15-year-old will only be attending the Melbourne event on Sunday, April 7th.
Supanova Comic Con & Gaming will be held at Melbourne Showgrounds from April 5-7. Tickets are available now.
