Singer and professional diva Mariah Carey is set to wed Aussie billionaire James Packer, and the engagement came with a 35-carat ring.
Carey showed it off on the red carpet, the emerald-cut diamond centre stone ring was designed by Wilfredo Rosado.
She joked with E! News about the ring, saying, “It’s so heavy I can’t lift my arm up!”
While we’re wondering what kind of extravagant wedding they’ll have Carey has assured that they’re going to do something more low-key.
“We are not doing big wedding because he did two big weddings, and it’s kind of like, ‘I’ve done a big wedding [too]'” she said. “We would rather make it beautiful but humble.”
Okay, Mariah. We’ll just have to see what a “humble wedding” looks like to you…
