Kim and Kanye’s new baby name has been revealed!
A source close to the family told Daily Mail Online that their unborn son will be named Easton.
Kim had previously slammed rumours that she was going to go with another direction-inspired name to match North’s.
She went on to affirm to Shaquille O’Neal on his podcast: “Why just add another direction? North is the best. I don’t want to try to duplicate that with a lower direction, you know?”
But it seems that Easton is a happy compromise.
The family friend confirmed to Daily Mail Online that last week, the celebrity pair locked in the name “Easton” so that his nursery and wardrobe can begin to be made, monograms and all.
“Kourtney told a few girls at a Hidden Hills pool party last weekend that Kanye’s favorite name by far is “Easton”, a name Kim wasn’t hot on at first because Kanye liked simply “East”.”
Kim is also making headlines today with her Presidential selfie with Hillary Clinton.
She showed her support for the Democratic front-runner, snapping a selfie and posting it online for her millions of fans.
“Excited to be meeting our next President tonight!! Maybe she’ll take a selfie with me,” she said on Twitter on Friday before setting off to a celebrity-rich Clinton fundraiser in Los Angeles hosted by Justin Bieber manager Scooter Braun.
