And while she has been transparent about her rigorous exercise routine, it seems a waist trainer has been what’s allowed her to keep her Kardashian curves.
No doubt a sponsored post but it does look like she is benefiting from the results after a year of promoting the waist trainers.

Claiming the practice ‘never hurt nobody’ we hope she is truly aware of the risks of waist training to her body if overdone.
TV show Botched doctor Paul Nassif said he did worry about the effect it can have long term.
‘Basically, there is potential for internal organ compression causing kidney, gastrointestinal and lung issues,’ he said.
Meanwhile, Clinical Professor of OB-GYN at Yale School Of Medicine, Dr Mary Jane Minkin said there may not even be any permanent results from the waist training either.
“Medically, it doesn’t make sense that cinching your waist tightly will make it permanently smaller,” she told Women’s Health Magazine.
