Khloe Kardashian has been looking FIERCE in recent months; the 32-year-old has been hitting the gym pretty much everyday to get that banging, self-confessed “revenge bod” following her split from Lamar Odom.

While the reality star has been totally frank about the sheer amount of sweat and dedication that goes into her workouts – she describes herself as a “beast” and “super competitive” – she has admitted to giving herself a little helping hand on her latest website post.

And it’s pretty weird, TBH.

“If you follow me on Snapchat then you know I’ve been wearing a sauna suit for a minute!” she wrote.

“Sauna suits aren’t very expensive because they’re ‘trash bag’ material.

“They supposedly insulate your heat and elevate your body temperature so they double, or triple, the amount you would sweat.”


She goes on: “If you’re doing cardio, it gets rid of excess water weight. I feel like it does help you burn more calories, and it really just shreds you up.

“I love the way it feels.”

A word of warning before you go running out to grab a 100-pack of black bin liners, though: Whatever extra weight you may lose using a sauna suit is probably only temporary.

Shane Collins, founder of a celeb-approved boxing gym in the UK, told the Daily Mail that this technique is commonly used by boxers trying to make their weight class before a fight.

“As soon as you consume fluids and rehydrate, the weight comes back on immediately,” he explained. “You may actually gain more as your body can react to the shock of losing it by trying to retain as much as it can.”

Hmmm. Might be passing on this one, Khlo.
