With a lot of talk shows having to take their shows off the air at the moment as people self-isolate amid the coronavirus pandemic, it’s exciting to hear that one is coming back for an epic special.
James Corden is going to bring people together, to keep them apart in a special for his Late Late Show called ‘Homefest’.
The show will be filmed from his garage and will feature a number of mega star guests, all from the comfort of their own homes, in a bid to encourage everyone to stay home.
Some of the biggest names in music and entertainment are coming together for this special, including David Blaine, Will Ferrell, John Legend, BTS, Billie Eilish and more!
The talk show will also feature special performances, each from different locations.
BTS will perform from South Korea, Andrea Bocelli from Italy, Dua Lipa from London, Billie Eilish and Finneas from Los Angeles and John Legend also from Los Angeles.
“Since The Late Late Show came off the air, we have been thinking of different ways to try and make a show at this time,” Late Late Show executive producers Ben Winston and Rob Crabbe said in a statement.
“With the help of some wonderful guests, we are going to try to put on the best show we can, to entertain, raise awareness, raise money and hopefully lift spirits.
“Shooting from James’ garage may be far from perfect, but under the circumstances we hope it can help someone, somewhere, who needs some cheer right now.”
Homefest: James Corden’s Late Late Show Special will air over in the US on Monday March 30 at 10pm on CBS.
We’re not sure how we’ll be able to watch it here in Oz just yet but hopefully we will get to see it somewhere soon after! We need any sort of entertainment we can get at the moment and this one show sounds SO GOOD!
