On Saturday, the comedian, who is expecting her first child with husband Chris Fischer, provided a hopeful health update along with a candid picture baring her growing baby bump on Instagram. “Feeling strong and beautiful today,” she writes with a photo of her in just black underwear and a maternity bra. Despite the rough pregnancy Schumer has been dealing with, the funny woman quips, “#didntpuke.”

Last month, the Trainwreck actress, who suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum — a rare form of severe morning sickness that can extend throughout a pregnancy, had to cancel the remainder of her comedy tour due to health struggles with in her third trimester.

“Due to complications from hyperemesis I am not cleared to fly for the next couple weeks,” she stated via Instagram. “I am going to cancel the remainder of my tour. Refunds are available at point of purchase.”

“The baby and I are healthy and everything looks good,” she reassured, “But I am in my 3rd trimester and I am still nauseous all the time and vomiting. I vomit mostly every time i ride in a car even for 5 minutes.”

Three months after they began dating and days after going public with their relationship, the Schumer and Fischer tied the knot in a secret ceremony in February 2018, and announced their pregnancy news in October 2018.
