Emily Ratajkowski has called Robin Thicke’s Blurred Lines video the “bane of [her] existence”.
The 24-year-old British actress and two other fellow models, Elle Evans and Jessi M’Bengue, appear topless, wearing skimpy nude underwear in the video that came out in 2013.
“I wasn’t into the idea at all at first,” Ratajkowski told InStyle UK, which features her on the cover of its October 2015 issue.
“I think I came off as a bit annoyed in the video.”

“Now, it’s the bane of my existence,” she said.
“When anyone comes up to me about ‘Blurred Lines,’ I’m like, ‘Are we seriously talking about a video from three years ago?'”

Ratajkowski also had a role in Gone Girl, which she thanks the video for, and she will star in We Are Your Friends with Zac Efron.
She also spoke to InStyle UK about appearing nude and body image.
“It’s weird to me that the reaction to a woman’s naked body is so controversial in our culture,” she said.
“My mum taught me to never apologize for my sexuality. My dad never made me feel embarrassed. I also don’t think I’ve ever had an awareness of my own body as being super-sexual. It was always just my body.”
“There are a few things I don’t like about my body, like that part of my thigh beneath my butt,” she said.
“But my friends will say I’m crazy and I know it’s just my perception. You can’t beat up on yourself.”
