LUXY is the latest dating app, but it’s got a little twist…

Like Tinder, users swipe through their selection anonymously… But on LUXY, those who are “unable to keep up financially” will be denied the right to a profile.

“With the rise of high-speed digital dating, it’s about time somebody introduced a filter to weed out low-income prospects by neighborhood,” The CEO, Tim T, told The Daily Mail.

According to Tim, everyone secretly wants to date someone attractive and wealthy, and the app is there to facilitate those matches.

Apparently members include CEOs, professional athletes, doctors, lawyers, investors, entrepreneurs, beauty queens, fitness models and even Hollywood celebrities.

The app only has about 3000 members at the moment, but is apparently growing.

LUXY encourages glamorous selfies, and requires you to enter your income, if you sign up.

Wow. Controversial.
