If you mention the name Lee Harding to any Aussie, they’ll immediately be reminded of the 2006 hit, Wasabi.
They will also remember his memorable appearance on season three of Australian Idol where he wowed audiences with his rendition of songs like Eye Of The Tiger.
It appears the now 35-year-old is ready to return to the spotlight, confirming his upcoming appearance on The Voice.
“Who has two arms in the air and auditioned for The Voice this year? This guy…,” Harding wrote on Facebook.
Since his appearance on Australian Idol, the former reality star has said goodbye to his famous rainbow locks and now sports a head of long brown curls and a scruffy beard.
Harding isn’t the only familiar face set to return to screens on The Voice this year. Former Australia’s Got Talent star Jack Vidgen, who rose to fame in 2011 after winning the show, will also spotlight as a contestant this year.
The Voice returns to Channel Nine on Sunday, May 19 at 7pm.
