Four-year-old Ethan Ferrier has used his newly aquired writing skills to pen a letter to the ‘bad men’ who stole his puppy.
The boy, who resides in England was said to be devasted that his puppy was stolen from his family’s farm, according to the Telegraph.
The puppy was stolen in April of 2013 and almost two years on, once his writing skills were up to scratch, Ethan chose to carry on the search for his beloved dog ‘Fern’.
In his heartbreaking letter he writes, “Can Fern come home now please. I miss her.”
He concluded the letter by signing his name and adding a drawing of himself with his mother, father and Fern.
The search for Fern has now gone viral online, with a ‘Find Fern’ Facebook page, and #FindFern Twitter hashtag created.
Despite the time passed, Ethan’s mother told the Telegraph that he’s never given up the search. “He asks me every morning if Fern is coming back home and I have to tell him I don’t know — it’s heartbreaking,” his mother said.
