STACEY'S KITCHEN - The Erryday Green Smoothie

The Erryday Green Smoothie by Stacey June

- Coconut Water (as much as you want or have available to you)

- Mascara brush wand sized portion of mint

- A splash of chlorophyll (it's meant to detox you)

- 1 heaped tablespoon of collagen (makes your skin feel great)

- 3/4 tablespoon of flaxseeds

- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin kernels (if you feel like it)

- A handful and a little bit of frozen mangoes (already diced)

- 1 frozen banana

- 3/4 tablespoon of Zinc (too much tastes like ass)

- 1 teaspoon and a little bit more of Vitamin C

- The most crazy amount of baby spinach (three handfuls)

BLEND!
