Mother Diagnosed with Cancer Rewarded Disneyland Surprise!

Today we met Deborah, a 36-year-old mum who bravely fought breast cancer only 18 months ago and beat it.

However, just two months ago during a routine check, she discovered that the cancer had returned, and it was quite aggressive; stage four in both her lungs and bones.

Devastatingly, her diagnosis is terminal, and she’s been given just 10 months that she’s expected to live. She will be leaving behind her partner, and her two young sons; 7-year-old Harry and 4-year-old Nate.

Still undergoing rigorous chemotherapy, Deb is praying for a miracle, so that she can spend as much time with her children as possible and make quality memories.

Her friend Kristy got in touch with the show, and with the help of Cathay Pacific, The Sydney Roosters and Hong Kong Disneyland, we managed to create something very special for Deb and her family.

Avid Roosters fans, Deb and the family will be receiving a match day experience next Thursday for the Roosters V Bulldogs game, where they’ll receive the best seats in the house to watch the game in style, but it gets better…

We’ll also be flying the whole family to Hong Kong Disneyland! All thanks to our friends at Cathay Pacific, who have agreed to send the family Premium Economy for five nights!

They’ll be staying at the Disneyland Resort and even get to have breakfast with the Disney characters.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Deb and her family during this heartbreaking time, we truly wish you the best of luck with your battle.
