Radio Host Reveals Royal Baby's Name Before It's Announced
THIS MORNING PEOPLE ACROSS AUSTRALIA ARE WAKING UP TO THE EXCITING NEWS THAT THE DUCHESS OF SUSSEX, MEGHAN MARKLE, HAS GIVEN BIRTH TO A BABY BOY WITH PRINCE HARRY.
The news was announced in a truly 21st century way - through a post to the Sussex Royal Instagram account.
The original post said that both Meghan and the royal baby were healthy and doing well.
“We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highness The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs 30z,” the post read.
NOW THAT WE KNOW THE ROYAL BABY IS A LITTLE BOY, THE WAITING GAME CONTINUES AS WE AWAIT THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF A NAME.
Knowing that the whole world was anxiously awaiting for the name reveal, Jase thought he'd see if PJ was gullible to read out a fake news story live on air, in true Anchorman style.
He put together a fake article, entitled "Royal baby name announced" revealing the new royal's name to be Reggie Willie Richard.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to announce that they have named their son Reggie Willie Richard," the article reads.
"The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Reggie Willie Richard of Sussex."
Named after Princess Diana's former groundskeeper, it appeared the Royal couple decided to go against tradition.
So, did PJ fall for it? You bet she did!
