How Yumi Stynes Has Been Celebrating The End Of Her PND
The amazing thing about our Yumi is that she's not afraid to open up about her personal life - or her fun new celebratory technique.
On Thursday's show, the mum-of-four touched briefly on her experience with postnatal depression, and how things have changed in the last few months.
"I did have postnatal depression," Yumi told Monty. "I don't want to talk about it right now, but the good news is... I'm out the other side.
"Since I kind of got my life back, I've started to say 'Yes' to everything! I'm like Jim Carrey in Yes Man.
"I'm trying to do lots of things that I've never done before."
And one of those things involves comfy clothes, amazing music and... complete darkness.
"For years one of my friends has been saying, 'You've got to come to this dance night.' It's called 'No Lights, No Lycra'," Yumi laughed. "[So] I finally went last week.
"I like dancing, but I'm not very good at it. But it's one hour, no more, no less. Everyone was wearing the daggiest, grossest shorts and singlets.
"And there's no lights! They shut the doors and you literally can't see. I was dancing for no-one but me."
But after feeling a little weird about not being able to copy anyone else's dance moves, Yumi admitted that she got right into it - and now wants to bring all of her friends.
She added: "It felt so amazing! The whole time I was loving my life."
If you're tempted to try out your own No Lights, No Lycra class, all of the details are right here.
