Woman Beaten Up By 40 Youths Outside Melbourne Train Station
A woman has been violently beaten during a brawl outside one of Australia's busiest train stations.
Mobile phone footage taken outside Melbourne's Flinders Street Station shows up to 40 young people throwing punches before several of them ran across the busy road.
The brawl, which occurred at approximately 4:30am on Sunday morning, reportedly lasted less than a minute before police intervened and the group ran from the scene.
"They took her over to the tram stop and once they got her to the ground there was about four of them stomping on her," witness Ryan Bailey told Channel 9.
"I haven't seen anything worse."
No arrests were made.
