THIS Is Now The Most Common Time Burglars Will Strike In VIC

Reports say that thefts are targeting new estates in Melbourne’s southeast while parents are out picking up children.

While parents are out collecting their kids from school and daycare centres, these criminals are kicking in front doors and ransacking homes.

Police are warning homeowners that live the area to install security doors as they hunt up to five males over a series of smash-and-grab burglaries in Clyde North and Cranbourne North.

According to The Herald Sun, the group is wanted for burglaries between November 17 and 20 at Arena Parade, Officer, San Fratello St in Clyde North, Rosebank Drive in Cranbourne North, Crestway Drive in Cranbourne North and Sussex Crt in Cranbourne North.

“The break ins happened between 12-4pm … school pick up times when people are coming and going.

“People should look out for suspicious cars and people who might be watching them; they are not necessarily watching them for a very long time."
