THIRTY SIX Beaches Have Been Closed Following Storms
It’s happened again.
All of Melbourne’s beaches have been declared a no-swim zone.
After last night’s storms had battered the state, it meant that faecal matter has washed into the Bay, which means there is a high gastro risk in the water.
The Environment Protection Authority has rated our water quality at the beaches as ‘poor’ and advised all beachgoers to avoid swimming.

As well as the beaches, inland swimming spots such as Warrandyte and Healesville should be avoided.
Melbourne is expected to reach 34 degrees on Wednesday, so hopefully, it all clears up by then!
