Man Wanted: Jonathan Dick

The breakthrough comes more than a week after 36-year-old David Dick was brutally murdered in an attack of the shopping centre car park.

Homicide Squad detectives today revealed Jonathan’s 1997 blue Ford Fairmont sedan and white 2002 Ford Falcon station wagon were located over the weekend.

The Fairmont sedan, registration ONV 954, was found parked in Wamba Rd in Ivanhoe East on Saturday at about noon.

Victoria Police spokeswoman Acting Sgt Melissa Seach said: “Investigators are keen to establish how long the Ford may have been parked in Wamba Rd and if anyone saw the driver of the vehicle or any suspicious activity in the area.”

Investigations have established that the Falcon station wagon was dumped before David’s murder, but it has not been revealed where it was found.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers via 1800 333 000 or crimestoppersvic.com.au.
