Melbourne Trains Thrown Into Chaos After Tragic Accident
Trains on the Werribee lines have been thrown into chaos after a tragic incident.
A person has been hit by a train on the Werribee-Laverton line, causing trains to be suspended.
Buses are replacing trains but are expected to take up to an hour to arrive and Vic Trains are urging passengers to consider alternative transport.
Trains continue to operate between Laverton and Flinders Street.
Paramedics are on the scene and the victim's condition is not yet known.
