Melbourne Set To Take The Brunt Of The Worst Weather Yet
Melbourne’s hot weather is over, with a cold front heading towards the city that is bringing thunderstorm and hail.
A severe weather warning has been issued for the central and north-central districts, with winds of 100km/h set to hit.
Seymour, Geelong and Melbourne will get the brunt of it over lunch time, with an absolute drenching expected.
BOM told the Herald Sun ‘’We’ll see rain through the morning and early afternoon, and a much colder air mass will move across bringing possible thunderstorms and small hail.’’
It is also tipped to be a very wet and windy weekend, with only 14 degrees predicted on Saturday.
