Melbourne Is Set To Say Goodbye To Winter THIS WEEK!
Is this the end of winter?
Well, it appears so!
The Bureau of Meteorology has said that while it is too early to call it, statistically speaking, Melbourne could be through it as we are about to get our first 20-degree day since May!
Speaking to The Age, senior forecaster Rod Dickson said ‘’"We've got some nice spring-like weather this week, we had 18.7 degrees yesterday and the sunshine that's going to continue today with a top of 18 degrees with moderate winds,"
"We could see the first 20-degree day since May this week," he said. "There's a chance on Thursday as there's a warm air mass. We are getting to the time of year when we see the first 20-degree day."
Monday is set to be a maximum of 18 degrees, as is Tuesday but a cold front will come through on Tuesday, knocking down the temperature again.
However, Thursday will warm straight back up and could hit 20 degrees with a light wind.
BRING ON SUMMER/SPRING/ANYTHING BUT WINTER.
