EVERY Melbourne Resident Told NOT To Put These USB's In PC's

Police are warning Victorians NOT to open USB sticks being placed in their letterboxes.

Residents of Pakenham have found the unmarked sticks in their boxes.

Plugging them into their computers triggers fraudulent media-streaming software as well as other malware.

The police said the devices are ‘extremely harmful’ adding that residents who stuck them into their PC experienced “serious issues” with their machine.

It’s not yet known who’s behind the mysterious deliveries.
