Donald Trump's Hollywood Star Smashed With A Pickaxe
US President Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been destroyed by a man with a pickaxe, the Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed.
The perpetrator is a 25-year-old man who immediately turned himself in to police and remains in custody, the LAPD said.
The man approached the scene around 3:30 am and started to smash the star with a pickaxe, authorities said.

Hysterical Trump-hating liberals once again failing to understand that such violent intolerance will strengthen his support, not damage it.

This is the second time within less than two years that the star has been vandalised, the last time being in October 2016, when the now-president was running for office on the Republican ticket.
Trump was awarded the star in 2007 for his work on the NBC television show "The Apprentice."
James Otis, the man who destroyed Trump's star in October 2016, was sentenced to three years' probation, 20 days of community service and had to pay a $4,400 fine for the damage.
In January this year, the star was spray-painted with a swastika.
