ANOTHER Train Line Suspended After Equipment Fault

Trains were thrown into chaos early Friday morning after a fault on the Cranbourne line.

Buses were replacing trains between Cranbourne and Dandenong.

Just after 6am the trains were back on track and services were slowly resuming after the equipment fault was fixed.

Metro Trains say there could be delays of up to ten minutes on the line and some services may be altered.

Due to an unrelated matter, the Alamein line is experiencing major delays on account of some cancelled services.
