You Can Now Fly From Australia To Europe For Less Than $400!
Fancy a holiday overseas but find yourself quaking in your boots when you consider the costs?
Well it’s just gotten a little cheaper for Aussies wanting to head to Europe for a break.
Singapore budget airline Scoot has announced budget fares for its Perth to Athens route and it will cost you just $369 one way!
Of course it does come with a catch – because that price doesn’t include luggage or meals.
So if you don’t think you could travel to Europe on an empty stomach and with just your hand luggage you can expect to pay another $157.
However it’s still a relatively budget option coming to a total of $526.
For those of us on the east coast, the price jumps to a base rate of $419 for flights from the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.
And if you’re the type who likes to travel in luxury (or has always dreamed of doing so), the airline has Business Class fares starting at $1099 one way.
The airline plans to kick off its first flights to Europe from June next year.
Each flight will transport up to 329 passengers on the 787-9 Dreamliner fleet.
But if you are thinking a trip to Athens sounds pretty darn good, you better get in quick. The introductory fares will only be available to August 31.
