You Can Literally Exercise While Touring Melbourne Museum
We're always looking for something to make exercising fun. And while there's some people that look forward to working out (weird I know...), for most of us it's something we have to do, not want to do.
Well that might all be about to change for Melbournites, as Melbourne Museum have created a special event that will satisfy your creative side as well as your exercise goals.
And that is because they have launched an event known as Museum Moves, that is run by Phillip Adams BalletLab and "will take you on a creative and aerobic trip through the venue."
The official website for the event says that "Museum Moves invites the public to experience the museum in the most physical way possible."
Yep we're talking aerobics, yoga and even some interpretive dance moves, all while touring through the exhibits.
Museum Moves takes place on Thursdays 7:30am-9am from 21st September-26th October. Melbourne Museum is located at 11 Nicholson St, Carlton, Victoria.
Tickets are available online here and are pretty reasonably priced at just $25.00 a session! Or you can upgrade to $35.00, which includes breakfast.
But you better book in quick because each session is limited to a group of 20 people and you have to be over the age of 18 to participate.
So if you want to work out your mind and body at the same time, then you had better get those yoga tights ready and book a spot before it fills up!
