The Thing You Could Do Every Day To Boost Your Metabolism

Scientists have revealed there's one small thing we can all do to rev up our metabolisms... and it's really easy.

They say having a cold shower or bath can actually jump start your metabolism for the rest of the day. 

Cold water forces the body's cardiovascular system to go into full force. Also the body attempts to fight off the cold and generate more heat to help your body function, which increase your metabolic rate. 

The amazing thing is, when your body temperature drops you go into non-shivering thermogenesis which is a calorie burning increase.

Cold water also triggers a hormonal change that produces brown fat, which burns calories to produce heat. Alternatively white fat stores calories.
