Melbourne Is About To Get A Brand New SUPER Shopping Centre
Pacific Werribee is set to become the Chadstone of the west as it’s $400 million redevelopment is completed next week.
The idea behind the revamp is to bridge the fashion gap between Geelong and Melbourne and residents of the West will now have access to an impressive line-up of global fashion giants with Swedish megastore H&M and Japanese retailer Uniqlo to be housed in the mall alongside an expanded Myer.
An additional 40 retailers, including Mecca Maxim, Seed Heritage, Sportsgirl, Peter Alexander, Decuha and Bardo will also join the centre alongside a Super Cotton On.
Pacific Centres CEO, Graham Terry said the redevelopment would offer the residents of the inner west a one stop fashion shop.
“All the new shopping centres have gone to the east, but the growth in the West has been enormous, and consumers have had limited access to retailers in that area,” Mr Terry said.
“Our new food court and restaurant precinct, Urban Diner, which opened last year, has been trading well above our expectations and now locals no longer have to travel to Highpoint or Chadstone to find their favourite international and Australian brands. We are ecstatic to deliver them brand new stores.”
TV personality Lauren Phillips has been appointed the Face of Pacific Werribee.
