Bachelor star Dasha Gaivoronski has completely transformed her body since leaving the show.

The personal trainer, 32, who was sent home by Nick "Honey Badger" Cummins on Wednesday night, has revealed she's lost an impressive 10 kilos.

Time to get off this wild roller coaster 🤯 Leaving with a light heart but 8kg heavier 😶 I’ll be honest in saying that I never thought this journey would be so emotionally and physically challenging. For now, it`s time to look within and nurture myself with some much needed self love ✨ I felt quite relieved in that moment and particularly happy to be going home with my best friend @emilydibden 🙌🏼 After a few months of being away from loved ones, having no phone/internet, no news coming in, and living and breathing the bachelor world I`ve never been more excited to get back to my normal life. Obviously Nick and myself are at completely different stages of our lives and that`s okay. I now look back and can feel grateful for this tough yet incredible learning experience. This entire journey was personally challenging. However, I believe there is always a silver lining in the toughest of situations. These moments are the best foundation for personal growth. Tough situations change us and turn us into the more resilient humans and teach us to appreciate life’s little moments even more. I couldn’t afford to be sad or down, and I couldn’t dwell on it as I have a little man to raise and he needs me to be both mum, dad and a strong role model in his life ❤️ As they say all the roads we take in life will eventually take us to some really amazing places I`m a firm believer in that 🙌🏼 There is a new exciting chapter coming up for both of us and I can`t wait to share it with you 🙊 @thebachelorau #thebachelorau

Dasha had opened up about gaining 8kg while in the mansion in the past.

But proving that hard work really does pay off, she took to Instagram on Monday to share her incredible weight loss journey.

Okay girls long post 😅 As you probably know I`ve lost 10kg after leaving the Bachelor 🥀 And it`s been my biggest personal transformation so far... It was way harder this time around, not only cause I gained 8kg while being on the show but also because I felt empty, lost and .. believe it or not .. unfit 🤦🏽‍♀️ I only realized it when I went to the gym again for the first time after coming back to Adelaide, started my usual routine and had to stop halfway through cause I was stuggling😰 I somehow finished the session that day but next day even the thought of going back made me feel physically sick. . Mentally I was a beast that does 30 burpees in a row without even getting out of breath but in reality I was a girl that struggled with an inclined treadmill walk. I had a little cry but then thought that mama didn`t raise a quitter in the first place and nobody is going to help me except for myself. I`ve always been a planner and this time I sat down and developed a new training program for myself based on my current fitness level and stuck with it 👊🏽 . I promised myself to not jump on the scales until 10 weeks are over. And when I did it I was 10kg lighter than when I began the new training plan. This inspired me to create a totally new transformation program that every single girl can benefit from! Cause I’ve been there myself and know exactly how it feels😑 . As you know I released ‘Fit in 15’ on @fitplan_app a few weeks ago and the all new ‘Transform in 30’ is the next step forward from the previous one 💪🏽You can do it ANYWHERE. As I mostly exercised from home and still do now.. You`ll only need a few pieces of equipment – TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells! I am super proud of this program and can’t wait for you to try it ❤️ . COMMENT if you want me to post my BEFORE/AFTER 📷 I know when you`re not feeling your best you avoid taking photos and that`s why I don`t actually have many ‘before’ photos from my first ever transformation after having Leon. When summer comes to Adelaide for a day 🤡 Skipped the vitamin D supplement today and ventured out with my peanut butter marshmallow @womensbest shake to soak in some natural one 😊 I drink protein every day as I don’t consume enough from the whole foods. I don’t eat chicken/red meat and can’t force myself eat fish every day and apparently I’m allergic to eggs (still haven’t processed these sad news really 😅), legumes and everything similar is just not my cup of tea so this is a super convenient way of hitting my protein macros (the only macros I track actually) Happy Monday 🤪 .
