EVERY Single Detail Of The Brand New iPhone 7 LEAKED
Apple is getting set to unveil its iPhone 7 at an event on Wednesday, but it appears all its headline features have already been revealed.
Although Apple has always been secretive, almost every detail of the new phone has emerged days before the official event, if a new major leak is to be believed.
The report suggests the new phone will be faster, water resistant and come in two new colours.
A detailed rundown from KG Securities analyst Min-Chu Kuo, who has a good track record of relaying the correct information on Apple hardware before it is announced, has confirmed to Mac Rumours many of the things that have been rumoured.
That includes no headphone jack.
It appears Apple will get rid of the traditional headphone jack and users will be forced to use their ‘EarPods’ with a lightning connector. It is likely a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter will also come in the box.
The room saved by having no headphone jack is likely to be used for another speaker.
New Colours are also confirmed as the company says goodbye to its Space Grey finish and will instead introduce a ‘dark black’.
It will sit alongside the silver, gold and rose gold colours that have been selling out for the last two years.
Another colour will also be produced, and it’s being called ‘glossy piano black.’’
Apple is set to do the one thing Samsung users have been loving for three years and make the phone waterproof.
By getting the phone IPX7 certified, it means the phone can be submerged up to three feet for 30 minutes.
The phone will also be faster, with a new processor coming in, which will make it run at speeds of 2.4ghz. That’s a considerable boost.
Camera fans can get excited too, with a dual lens coming to the iPhone 7 Plus but it won’t be on the 7.
A dual camera will allow brighter pictures to be taken but will also enable two images to be merged so they can create an even better final product.
The last thing rumoured, is that you can say goodbye to the home screen.
As the new phone is water resistant, it means there can be no open areas on the phone.
The new home button is likely to haptic, meaning you will mimic a click and the phone will mimic the response. We will know everything, however, in less than 24 hours.
