Bumble Is Letting You Pose With Pups This Valentine's Day
In 2018, we have many dating apps available to us single people looking for a little love. These days we have Tinder, Grindr, Hinge, PlentyOfFish and Bumble, to name a few!
According to a research study conduct by Bumble in 2017, 46% of Australian women were more likely to ‘swipe right’ on a profile if it featured images of them with puppies. A further 51% of women in their twenties said that they were on board with the whole idea of men posing with puppies in their profiles.
Armed with this information, Bumble have now partnered with Sydney Dogs and Cats Home to help Sydneysiders connect with rescue dogs to create their own profile ‘date bait’.
Head on down to Martin Place this Wednesday 14th February aka Valentine’s Day and for just a $10 donation, you can play with the dogs and have professional portraits taken with them, making it easy for you to freshen up your online dating profile.
All of the money raised at the event will go directly towards the Sydney Dogs and Cats Home who are currently trying to raise $3 million to build a new shelter.
The puppy pop-up will work on a first come, first served basis and will be available from 7am - 2:30pm.
