After his affair with Ines was exposed to the other contestants during the commitment ceremony last night, resulting in him leaving the show, it’s now been revealed that Sam has been forced to take legal action against his ex-girlfriend Akila Ahmunett.

Sam reportedly took out an apprehended violence order (AVO) on his former partner, just one day before she was arrested at his home.

Ball allegedly first contacted police about his 30-year-old ex on February 4 after she allegedly confronted him at his home in Alexandria, Sydney.

Police were called to the 26-year-old reality star’s home once again on Friday at about 2am where Akila was arrested and taken to Newtown Police Station.

A NSW Police Force spokesperson confirmed in a statement to Nine that a 20-year-old woman had been “charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm, use carriage service to menace/harass/offend, and enter prescribed press of any person without lawful excuse”.

Akila will appear in Newtown Local Court on Monday March 4 after being granted conditional bail.

Akila and Sam’s relationship made news recently after she came forward saying that her and Sam began dating at the end of Decemer 2018 after the MAFS series finished filming.

The pair called it quits after just three months of dating.

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that Sam applied for the AVO against Akila on Thursday after claiming that she was stalking him, harassing him over text, email and phone and had even taken his phone to delete female friends from his social media accounts.

It’s also reported that Sam told Police that Akila assaulted him and he stopped responding to her attempts to contact him.

The AVO was issued by police but it reportedly wasn’t granted by the time that Akila allegedly entered Sam’s home on Friday.

It is now in affect and prevents her from speaking to the press about her relationship with Sam.
