Kim Kardashian Has Fired One Of Her Loyal Squad Members
One of Kim Kardashian's long-time squad members is out of the inner circle after "souring" her relationship with the reality star-turned-beauty mogul.
Stephanie Shepherd, who worked as Kim's assistant for close to four years, had been recently promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer of Kardashian West Brands but, Page Six reports, she's been ousted from the company.
While there is no official reason for the break-up, a number of sources told the publication that the two "grew apart" after a interview Shepherd gave Refinery29 back in May.
Kim is said to have been upset by the day-in-the-life piece, in which Shepherd revealed that she "did all [Kardashian's] laundry" and went into details about the 36-year-old's Paris robbery ordeal.
A further clue to the pair's parting may also be found in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians; in the show, the now-ex-member of the Kar-Jenner squad goes behind Kim's back to air her job gripes to Kourtney.
While Kourtney steps in to talk to Kim about giving Shepherd a bigger role in the company, Kim wonders out loud if her sister is getting toe close to an employee.
Shepherd wouldn't be the only Kardashian staffer getting the boot this year; news that the entire family sacked their long-time stylist Monica Rose broke in June amidst rumours that the glam team member had been stealing from them.
