Justin Bieber & Ed Sheeran Accused Of Stealing I Don’t Care

For weeks now all anyone in the music biz can talk about is Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran’s epic collaboration.

After plenty of teases from the pair of musicians on their socials, their song titled ‘I Don’t Care’ was finally released last week.

And it’s safe to say that it was an immediate hit with the fans.

But while the song is undoubtably a banger, some people have actually come out criticising Ed and Biebs, accusing them of STEALING the tune from another pop singer!

And while we would never usually let ANYONE say an ill word about these two musical geniuses, after hearing a comparison of the two songs in question… There’s kind of no denying the similarities.

The song in question that they are accused of copying is by Cheryl Cole, who you would know as being a judge on The X Factor in the UK and from her past relationship with Liam Payne.

Turns out that in 2014, Cheryl actually released her own song which is also titled ‘I Don’t Care’.

But it’s not just the name that's the same. The tune of the chorus in both songs actually sound pretty similar!

You can hear the comparison for yourself in the video above.

Fans of Cheryl were quick to take to social media to accuse Ed and Justin of plagiarising.

Cheryl herself hasn’t actually accused either musician of copying her material and neither Ed nor Justin have addressed the accusations.
